Scroll to the bottom for the freebie.

Ready? Easy Peasy!

Open your QP in PSP.
Resize it 20% Smartsize.
Open a new transparent canvas 630x630,
You may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white.
Paste the QP as a new layer on your canvas.
It will cover the whole canvas.
Center it. Apply the mask to the QP, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next using a face tube or image paste it as a new layer.
Drag it under the QP Masked layer.
Center it in the frame, erase any bits needed.
Add a matching tube on top if you like.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
Walla! U R Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

Ok...Ya Ready?
This will be super easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
transparent canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another raster layer.
Selections>select all.
Resize and paste the purple paper into selection.
Apply the 1st mask, and on your layers pallette merge
mask group. Select none.
Repeat this step using the green paper and
the second mask so you have 2 mask layers.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 1,8,1 Weave and gap
color brown, fill gaps checked.
Now resize and add the round wicker mat as a new layer.
Erase part of the string on the right side.
See above.
Next resize and add the leaf branch as a new layer under the mat.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add the wordart under the leaves.
I added gradient glow to mine ..it is up to you.
Resize and add the remaining flowers/butterflies and
place them all as new layers to your liking.
Use your deformation tool to rotate and duplicate if needed.
Resize and add the metal stud at the top of the mat.
Now add your tube of choice and place
her where you want her to go & dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another raster layer.
Selections>select all.
Resize and paste a paper into selection.
Apply my mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Select none.
Resize and add the doodle9 as a new layer.
Move it to the top right and duplicate.
Move that one to the bottom left.
Now resize and add the element3 asa new layer.
Move it up a little.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
I used the same blue paper.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag the paper under the frame.
Select none.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Resize and add the leaves, flowers & the
remaining elements and place them
all as new layers to your liking all around the frame.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Flip, mirror, duplicate etc. Get creative!
Resize and add the bow and dropshadow.
Now add your tube of choice under the flowers and place
her where you want her to go & dropshadow.
Erase any bits needed.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Floodfill with color of choice.
Apply a mask, and on your

Now repeat that step, add a new layer...
Floodfill with a different color of
choice and apply the same mask.
Mirror that layer, and arrange to your liking.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Carefully, Trace around the frame using
your freehand selection tool.
add a new raster layer and floodfill black.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Now add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place it where you want it to go and drag her below the frame.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube layer.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Selections>invert>delete.
Drag the paper under the frame.

Now resize and add the fencing and drag it under the frame.
Move it to the left. Dropshadow as you go along.
Resize and add the polkadot swirl under the frame and paper layer.
Duplicate & Mirror So you have One on each side as above.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Resize and add some flowers & elements of choice and place them
all as new layers to your liking all around the frame.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Flip, mirror, duplicate etc. Get creative!
Now add your tube of choice under the flowers and place
her where you want her to go & dropshadow.
Erase any bits needed.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Image>mirror and drag below the frame
and paper layer, placing it on the right side.

Erase any bits needed.

Next resize the elements and using your freehand selection
tool trace around the frame and copy.
Now Paste the frame as a new layer on your canvas.
Holding down the shift key,
Grab your magic wand and click inside frames.
Selections>modify>expand 4.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer

Drag her under the frame and duplicate.
Bring the copy to the top and erace any bits needed.

Next resize and add the frame6 as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag the paper under the frame.
Select none.
Resize and add the splatter1 as a new layer.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Resize and add some elements of choice and place them
all as new layers to your liking all around the frame.
I added the Music notes2 and the trash barrell2.
Resize and add the motorcycle.
Get creative! There is plenty to work with!
Now add your tube of choice & dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the purple doodle flowers10 as new layers.
Place to your liking.
Resize & Add the blue bead frame12 as a new layer.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now resize and add the frame13 as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete. Select none.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Merge these two layers together. (Frame & Paper)
Grab your freehand selection tool and rotate to the right a little.
Now back to the top layer, resize and add
the remaining elements all as new layers.
Place them to your liking around the frame.
Now add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the glitters and doodles as new layers.
Resize & Add the frame as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Merge these two layers together. (Frame & Paper)
Grab your freehand selection tool and rotate to the left a little.
Now back to the top layer, resize and add
the remaining elements all as new layers.
Place them to your liking around the frame.
I added the yellow and blue leaves under the frame.
Now add your tubes of choice.
Add the bows and rotate as needed.
Erase any bits if needed & dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Free rotate to the right 90%
Hold down your shift key and using your
magic wand click inside each frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with
color of choice or paper of choice.
Drag it under the frame. Select none.
I added some scanlines effects to this layer and the mask layer.
Add the face of a tube under the frame on both sides.
Erase any bits needed.
Lower the opacity in your layers pallette to 55.
Add your main tube of choice as a new layer.
Place it where it looks best in the center.
Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and

Open a new transparent canvas 650x650,
You may resize/crop later. Floodfill white.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a color of choice.
Appy the WSL mask 145 and merge group.
Now, Paste your QP as a new layer on your canvas.
It should cover the whole canvas. Center it.
Apply WSL mask 184, on your layers pallette,
Then merge mask group.
Next paste your tube as a new layer.
Drag it under the top QP Masked layer frames.
Center the face of it in the frames, erase any bits needed.
Add a matching tube on top if you like.
Add your Artist © and your Name and

Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a color of choice.
Appy a nice mask and merge group.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 1,8,1 Weave and gap
color black, fill gaps checked.
Paste your QP as a new layer on your canvas.
It should cover the whole canvas. Center it.
Apply the WSL 184 mask to this layer, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Pase the QP AGAIN as a new layer.
Free Rotate it to the right 90% and on your
layers pallette, appy the WSL mask & merge mask group.
Now roate it back 90% to the left.
Next using a face tube or image paste it as a new layer.
Drag it under the top QP Masked layer frame.
Center it in the frame, erase any bits needed.
Place it where it looks best.
Add a matching tube on top if you like.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
Walla! U R Done! :)

X out the bottom white layer in your layers pallette
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

Grab your selection tool set to rectangle and trace
around the main part you want to use for your tag.
Copy that.
Open a new transparent canvas 650x650,

Now resize and add a few of the tulips under the frame.
Place to your liking or see mine above.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now the fun part as always! :)
No simply resize and add some leaves and flowers
along the bottom and sides of the window.
Duplicate and mirror the leaves.
Add the bird, butterflies and a bow.
Once you have everything in place,
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best just below the flowers.
Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and

The fun begins! Get creative!
Now resize and add
Some leaves, the round ribbon &
flowers, and any other peices you like all around the frame.
Place them to your liking, all as new layers.
Duplicate>mirror, flip, rotate as needed.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Once you have all of your elements in place.
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best.
Drag the tube just under the flower layers.
Erase any bits needed and dropshadow.

OK...Ya Ready?
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add one of the Flowers1 as a new layer.
Move it to the left side of the canvas.
Dropshadow and duplicate.
Image>mirror.
Resize & Add the frame as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Now back to the top layer, resize and add
Some flowers all around the bottom of the frame.
Place them to your liking.
Duplicate>mirror, flip, rotate as needed.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Once you have your flowers in place.
Resize and add the flowerbox as a new layer.
Resize and add a bow.
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best.
Drag the tube just under the flower layers.
Erase any bits needed and dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

You can try a few masks on for size to see how it looks.
Add a tube of choice and place where it looks best.
drag it under the QP and place it in the frame.
Add another tube of choice to the top layer.
Dropshadow.

I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 1,8,1 Weave and gap

Duplicate>mirror, flip, rotate as needed.
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it where it looks best.
Drag the tube under the frame layer.
Duplicate and bring the copy to the top.

Now back to the top layer, resize and add
the remaining elements all as new layers.
Place them to your liking around the frame.

Now add your tube of choice.
Place itwhere it looks best.
Drag the tube under the frame layer.
Duplicate and bring the copy to the top.

Using your deformation tool,
Rotate to the left a little and move it to the left side.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize & Add the frame 9 as a new layer.
Center the frame and erase a little of the ribbon.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Now back to the top layer, resize and add
the orange bow 10 as a new layer.
Resize and add the wood element 3.
Place it at the bottom of the frame.
Now the fun part! :)
Resize and add some leaves and, butterflies etc.
Place them to your liking around the frame.
Duplicate>mirror, flip, rotate as needed.
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it under a few of the element layers.
Erase any bits needed & dropshadow.

Resize and add the dark paper from the kit, paste into selection.
Selections>select none.
Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the supplies.
Tip:
Trace around each element you want to
use with your freehand selection tool.
Then copy and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
Next resize and add the white frame as a new layer.
Rotate it 90% so the flowers are at the bottom left.
Move it to the left side of your canvas.
Grab your selection tool set to rectangle and
trace around the frame.Paste a paper of choice,
I used the dark one again, as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.Drag paper under the frame.
OK, now grab the cluster frame and paste as a new layer.
Do the same, trace around this time with your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag it under the frame. Dropshadow frame.
Add the border and rotate a little inside the frame.
Erase any bits needed.
Resize and add the tag, pace and rotate to your liking.
Use your deformation tool.
Type name or text of choice on the tag..
Add your tube or image of choice as a new layer.
Place her where you want her to go & Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
