Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.

I used P22 OhLey
Mask of choice or my mask

OK Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another raster layer.
Selections>select all.
Resize and paste a paper into selection.
Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Select none.
Now resize and add the swirl and cloudy layer as a new layer.
Resize and add the tears. Move them all to the right side.
Next resize and add the window frame as a new layer.
Rotate to the left a little. Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste another paper of choice as a new layer
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag the paper under the frame.
OK Now the fun part as always!
Time to get creative! :)
Resize and add the remaining elements and place them
all as new layers to your liking all around the frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Now add your tube of choice under the frame and place
her where you want her to go.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer before saving
to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Save as PNG.
