Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.

Mask of choice.

OK Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another raster layer.
Selections>select all.
Floodfill with a color from the kit.
Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Select none.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your selection tool.
Resize and paste the paper as a new layer
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag the paper under the frame.
Now resize and add the round dots as a new layer.
One at the top left and one at the bottom right.
OK Now the fun part as always!
Time to get creative! :)
Resize and add the remaining elements and place them
all as new layers to your liking all
along the bottom of the frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate them a little.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now add your tube of choice under the frame and place
her where you want her to go.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
X out the bottom white layer before saving
to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Save as PNG.
