A tube of choice & Font of choice.

OK..Ready? Easy Peasy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Using your deformation tool rotate the frame a little.
Hold down your shift key and using your
magic wand click inside each frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
selections>invert>delete.
Drag it under the frame. Select none.
Now add your tubes of choice and dropshadow.
I placed a closeup under one frame. Erase any bits needed.
Next simply resize and add the leaves, elements, and
flowers all around the bottom of the frame.
All as new layers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate to your liking.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
