Just have been so crazy busy with RL & My Forum.
Soooo...I have tons to write up still. lol

Thank You Sarah!

OK..Ready? This will be easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Floodfill with a color from your tube.
Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add the element2 as a new layer.
Erase the bits on the bottom right.
Resize and add the element1 as a new layer.
Erase the top part of the bamboo, as part is missing.
See mine as example.
Now resize and add element3 as a new layer.
Now add your tube of choice and place
her where you want her to go.
Drag it under element3. Erase any bits needed.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase any bits needed from both tubes
& dropshadow bottom one.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
