Tube of choice & Font of choice.

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new transparent
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white.
Now resize and add the pink splatters a
few times around your canvas as new layers.
Then add the purple flower trail and beads as new layers.
Get creative, and place them to your liking.
Add the star cluster to the top left.
Add the Riot Grrrl button to the right.
Now resize and add the round frame.
Using your magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
selections>invert>delete.
Drag it under the frame. Select none.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Using your deformation tool rotate the frame a little.
Hold down your shift key and using your
magic wand click inside each frame.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
selections>invert>delete.
Drag it under the frame. Select none.
Resize and add the wordart at the top of frame.
OK, Now the fun part!
Resize and add elements of choice all around your frame,
there is plenty to work with in this awesome kit!
Dropshadow all as you go and rotate, flip, mirror if needed.
Now add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
