OK...Ya Ready?
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 650x650, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper of choice and paste into selection.
or you can floodfill with a color of choice.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add the frame as a new layer.
Using your freehand selection tool,
Trace around the frame.
Add a paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Paste your closeup tube or image of choice
Place her where you want it to go.
Drag it under the frame. Erase any bits needed.
Now resize and add the tag, rotate and place to your liking.
Dropshadow, tag, and frame.
Add a second tube of choice as above.
It's up to you if you want to add the
closeup tube and the Kiss This words.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
