Ya Ready?
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
I used a mulit toned gradient.
Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your freehand selection tool and
trace around the opening of the frame.
Add another raster layer.
Floodfill with a color of choice.
I used a red to match the frame.
Select none and drag this layer under the frame.
Use plugin Cybia> Screenworks>Pin Hole setting.
Resize and add a flower of choice as a new layer
Place inside the frame and colorize to match.
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Dropshadow.
I added a few sparkles around the bottom of my tube.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
Hint: X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
