I am using the beautiful artwork of Barbara Jensen.

Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used 1 HotShot DNA
Mask of choice.
Mine has a heart shaped mask.
It's white, you just can't see it here.
Looks good on a dark background,
Like in my forum. lol

OK Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Floodfill with a color from your tube or the frame.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your freehand selection tool and
trace around the opening of the frame.
Add another raster layer and floodfill
with another color of choice.
Select none and drag this layer under the frame.
I added some texture>weave effects to this layer.
Gap 2, width 10, Opacity 1
Weave & Gap Color black.
Fill gaps unchecked.
Add your tube image of choice as a new layer.
Place her where you want her to go &
Drag her under the frame.
Carefully erase any bits needed.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Again erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube layer and frame.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
Hint: X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
