Open your QP in PSP.
Resize it 25% Smartsize.
Open a new canvas 600x600,
You may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white.
Paste the QP as a new layer on your canvas.
It will cover the whole canvas.
Apply a mask to the QP, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Using your freehand selection tool,
trace around the opening of the frame.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill
with a color from your tube or the QP.
Select none
Drag this layer under the frame.
I added some texture>weave effects to this layer.
Gap 6, width 2, Opacity 50
Weave & Gap Color black.
Fill gaps unchecked.
Next add a tube & paste it as a new layer.
Place her where you want her to go.
Drag it under the QP Masked layer,
and the layer we just made.
Dropshadow tube and erase any bits needed at the bottom.
Duplicate the tube, bring the copy to the top.
Erase any bits needed on this layer.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
Walla! U R Done! :)
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.

Until next time!
