Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used PFChampionScriptPro
Mask of choice or the one I used from
Essex Girls

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the notes and add as a new layer.
Move it to the top of the canvas.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add the Diamond frame 2 as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and add another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under the frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now comes the fun part!
Get creative! :)
Add some of the flowers and other elements
of choice all as new layers all around the
sides and bottom of the frame.
One you have everything in place,
Add your tube of choice just under a few of the flower layers.
Dropshadow and erase any bits needed.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
