Supplies:
A few tubes of choice & Font of choice.

I used 2Peas Airplanes.
Mask of choice.

OK..Ready?
This will be fun!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Floodfill with a color from your tube or the frame.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame as a new layer.
First we are going to fill up the frames.
Grab your magic wand and click inside the top right frame.
Selections>modify 3.
Add a tube of choice and place
her where you want her to go.
I used the faces.
Selections>invert>delete.
Selections>Select none.
Now do the same with the bottom right frame.
Drag the tubes under the frame layer.
Lower the opacity to 55 in your layers pallette on both tubes.
Next ..Using your freehand selection tool,
Carefully trace around the large opening of the frame.
Add a new raster layer and floodfill with a color of choice.
Drag this layer under your frame.
Selections>Select none.
Now simply add your main tube of choice and dropshadow!
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
