A tube of choice & Font of choice.

I used Corinthia
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the element 29 and add as a new layer.
Duplicate it and imagemirror.
Place them one at the top and bottom to your liking.
Resize & Add the frame 26 as a new layer.
Move it to the left a little bit.
Resize & Add the frame 4 as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and add the element 31 as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag this layer under both of the frames.
Now back to the top layer, resize and add
the heart element 28 as a new layer.
Resize and add some leaves and flowers, butterflies etc.
Place them to your liking around the frame.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now add your tube of choice.
Place it under a few of the element layers.
Erase any bits needed & dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
