Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Will&Grace
Mask of choice or the one I used from
Essex Girls

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize a doodle and add as a new layer.
Dropshadow, duplicate it and image>mirror.
Place them at the top to your liking.
Add the frame 2 as a new layer.
Resize it to make it a little bigger.
120% bicubic.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and add another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag this layer under the frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add the bow at the top.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add some flowers and a few of the
hearts as new layers, placing them to your
liking around the sides of the frame.
Resize and add the wordart.
Now add your tube of choice.
I used a closeup.
Place it under a few of the element layers.
Erase any bits needed & dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
