Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used BickhamScriptFancy2
Mask of choice or the one I used from
Essex Girls

OK....Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the element 9.
Duplicate & Image>flip>mirror.
Now resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 10.
Resize & Paste a paper from the kit as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame layer.
Resize and add element 5.
Use your deformation tool and rotate a little.
Duplicate and mirror. Place to your liking.
Resize and add the flowers and the clock all as new layers.
Arrange as above..
Add the swirl and the butterflies.
Play around with them, get creative!
Once you have everything in place,
Add your tube of choice just under a few of the flower layers.
Erase any bits needed & Dropshadow.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
