Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize and add the Black frame as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 10.
Resize & Paste a paper from the kit as a new layer.
Drag paper under frame layer.
Now resize and add the heart frame as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 6.
Add a new raster layer.
Floodfill black. Selections>none.
Drag this layer under the heart frame.
I added some texture>weave effects to this layer.
Gap 6, width 2, Opacity 50
Weave & Gap Color white.
Fill gaps unchecked.
Now resize and add the latge butterfly wings.
Move it to the top of your canvas.
Resize and add the red ribbon at the top.
Add your tube of choice and erase any bits needed at the bottom.
Now resize and add the swirls and flowers as new layers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate as you like.
Duplicate those & Image>mirror.
I added some gradient glow to the black ones.
Resize and add a few of the smaller butterflies.
Making them all different sizes.
Add the heart frame again making it smaller at the bottom right side.
Drag it under the larger heart layer.
Arrange all to your liking.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
