Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the gold clouds and paste as a new layer.
Dropshadow and move it to the top left.
Resize the frame and paste as a new layer..
Using your magic wand, click inside.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Resize and paste another paper as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize the grass, paste as a new layer.
Drag under frame. Dropshadow
Go back to the top layer.
Now the fun begins! lol Get comfy!
Simply resize some flowers and leaves.
Paste as new layers all around both sides of your frame.
Dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate as needed.
Add any other elements you wish!
Have fun with it, there is plenty to work with.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
I colored my paper.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and paste the frame as a new layer.
Using your selection tool set to rectangle,
Carefully trace around the frame.
Resize and paste another paper as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize the grassy hill and drag it under frame.
Dropshadow as you go!
Resize the water and drag it under frame.
resize the sun and drag it under the grassy hill.
Resize the water spill, and paste as a new layer,
on top of the frame layer.See above.
Now simply resize the leaves, flowers and the umbrella.
Paste as new layers. Use your
deformation tool to rotate.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
Resize the clouds with rain.
Paste as a new layer 2 times.
arrange to your liking.

bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new

Resize and paste the frame as a new layer.

Hold down the shift key & click inside all open areas.
Selections>modify>expand 5.
Resize and paste another paper as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.
Dropshadow frame.
Now Add your tube of choice, dropshadow.
Resize the flowers and summer elements and
paste as new layers all around your frame.
Dropshadow as you go.
Resize the wordart and paste as a new layer.

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper of choice into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the element 21 and paste as a new layer..
Dropshadow & Duplicate that layer.
Using your magic wand, click inside.
Selections>modify>expand 6. Align Center
Add a new raster layer. Floodfill yellow.
Drag this layer under frames. Select none.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and
gap color black, fill gaps checked.
Now resize and add the Element 28.
Free rotate to the right 90%
Move it to the right side. Dropshadow.
Duplicate that and image>mirror.
Resize and add the ribbon 20
Dropshadow.
Now add your tube of choice & dropshadow.
Simply resize and add some yellow and
black roses to the bottom of your tag.
Dropshadow as you go.
I also added some black
leaves and another ribbon.
Dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.

bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable

Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame.
Dropshadow frame.

& dropshadow. Erase any parts at the bottom.
Now simply resize and add any
elements of choice all around your frame.
Dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Resize and add the Splish Splash wordart.

Next resize and add the windmill.

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Passions Conflict ROB
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

Just Me From Seven Scraps

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & add a round frame, paste as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selectionsdelete on your keyboard.
Drag it below the frame layer.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize a few flowers and paste as new layers to
the left of the frame. Dropshadow as you go.
Resize one ov the tags and place
it at the bottom of the frame.
Add the shoes as new layers.
Paste a bow at the top.
Click inside your frame layer
and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Ok...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Add some of the glitter doodles.
Resize & add a round frame, paste as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selectionsdelete on your keyboard.
Drag it below the frame layer.
Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize & add a few bows to the top right..
Rotate one. Dropshadow as you go.
Add a few of the flower twigs to the left side.
Resize one of the cluster tags and paste as a new layer.
Move it towards the bottom.
Next resize some of the flowers and the leaves
and place to your liking along the right side.
Click inside your frame layer and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%

I added some effects>texture>
weave to this paper layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.
Now resize the flowers and leaves.
place them to the left as new layers.
Resize the showded orange ribbon
and add it to the right side.
Add a few butterflies. Dropshadow.
rotate anything if needed using your deformation tool.
Next Click inside your small orange frame and
add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.
Resize and add the wordart if you want.

I added some effects>texture>

Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap

Add the metal doodle. Dropshadow.
Now add the black frame.
Free Rotate it to the right 90%.
Paste as a new layer.
Click inside frame using magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Resize and paste a paper of choice
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize some flowers,
butterflies, and a bo, etc and paste
as new layers all around the frame. Dropshadow.
Next Click inside your black frame and
add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.

Ok...Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now copy the rainbow paper from the kit
and paste it as a new image. Minimize it.
Go to your materials pallette and click on the background.
Choose the rainbow paper in your patterns.
Angel 0, Scale 100.
Foreground nul/none.
Ok now Grab your Ellipse tool and while holding
down the shift key make a large circle.
On your layers pallette, convert to raster layer.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this rainbow layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and
gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Now choose another paper and copy/ paste as a new image.
Next so the same with your elipse tool, except...
Use the new paper from your materials/patterns.
Forground should be the new paper.
Background nul. Width 20.
Draw out a circle to go around your previous one
Convert to raster layer, and arrange them if needed..
Dropshadow this one.
Now click on your mask later and add the
Doodle beads. Move to the bottom left.
Dropshadow. Duplicate that, image>mirror.
Duplicate that one and image>flip.
Finally duplicate that one and image>mirror.
Place them to your liking.
OK, ya with me so far.. lol
Click back on your frame layer you just made and
resize and add any elements you wish around the bottom.
Dropshadow as you go.
I traced around a few flowers with my freehand
selection tool and copy/paste then as a new layer.
Add the wordart if you like.
Have fun with it!
Next Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.

and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. at the bottom of both layers.

bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Contemporary Modern
Mask of choice. :)

Ok..Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection. I used the yellow one.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now add the round frame as a new layer.
Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8.
Add a new raster layer. Floodfill black.
Select none.
Drag that layer under your round frame.
Dropshadow frame.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and
gap color white, fill gaps checked.
Now add the acrylic frame2.
Free Rotate it to the right 90%.
Paste as a new layer.
Carefully trace around the frame
using your freehand selection tool.
Resize and paste a paper of choice
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize some buttons and paste
as new layers all around the frame. Dropshadow.
Add your tube of choice and
place it where it looks best.
Dropshadow.

Mirror and flip to your liking.
Dropshadow.
Now resize a frame and add as a new layer.
Free rotate it 90% Dropshadow.

as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize and add some flowers and leaves
all around the bottom of your frame.
Dropshadow as you go. Resize and add a ribbon.
Add some of the bubbles, making them all different sizes.
Place them all to your liking.
Now click inside your frame layer and
add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.

Ok..Ya Ready?

Resize and paste as anew layer.
Rotate to the left a little. Dropshadow.
now find the round frame.
Resize and paste as a new
layer. Carefully trace around using
your freehand selection tool.
Add a new raster layer. Floodfill black.
Drag that layer under your round frame.
Dropshadow frame.
I added some effects>texture>
weave to this black layer.

Now find the ribbon heart frame.
Resize & Rotate it to the right a little.
Paste as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections>modify>expand 6.
Resize and paste a paper
as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now the fun part!
Resize and add any flowers, bows, hearts, and any
other elements of choice all around your frame.
Use your deformation tool if needed to rotate.
Have fun with it, there is plenty to work with!
Next Click inside your heart frame
