1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Inspiration.
Mask of choice.I used a round one.

OK, here goes...

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize & Copy and
paste a paper from the kit into selection. Select none.
Apply a mask, and on your layers pallette merge
mask group. Grab a frame and paste it as a new
layer. Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand5. Paste another paper
of choice as a new layer and then selections>invert>delete.
Select none. Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame. Now grab the rainbow. Paste
it as a new layer inside the frame. Duplicate it and
image>flip. Paste some rain beads as a new layer,
just under the frame layer. Dropshadow.
Now the fun part! place some flowers of
choice all around the sides of your frame. Dropshadow.
Resize the rock beads, and place at the bottom.
Paste a few butterflies where they look best.
Dropshadow. I added a ribbon in the flowers also.
Resize the April Showers wordart and place it to
your liking. Dropshadow. Now chose a bow, and paste
it as a new layer at the top of your frame. Use
your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Add the staple. Rotate 90%Dropshadow. Click
inside your frame and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow. Place it where it looks best. Duplicate
the tube and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase
any parts you wish. See mine above or make it
your own! As always mine is just a guide. Now
X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers. Un X the
hidden layers. Position all layers nicely. Image
Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Add your Artist © and your Name and WooT!! You Are Done!

Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper from
the kit into selection. Select none. Apply the mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group. Resize
the I love spring round wordart. Paste as a new layer.
Dropshadow. Resize the round string frame and paste
it as a new layer. Using your freehand selection tool,
trace around the string. Paste another paper of
choice as a new layer and then selections>invert>delete.
Select none. Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame. Resize the element 20. Paste
as a new layer. Dropshadow. Then resize element 19
and free rotate to the left 90%. Paste as a new layer.
Place it at the bottom. Resize a few doodles. I used
element 15. Place then in the center of your frame.
Using your deformation tool to rotate. Add your tube
of choice and dropshadow. Now simply resize some
flowers from the kit and place around your frame,
covering the bottom of the tube. Dropshadow those.
Have fun with it! There is plenty to work with.
Get creative! See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop
later. Floodfill white. Add a new raster
layer. Selections, select all. Resize & Copy
and paste a paper from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group. Resize the
frame and paste it as a new layer. Rotate 90%.Using your
selection tool set to rectangle, trace around
the frame. Paste another paper of choice
as a new layer and then selections>invert>delete.
Select none. Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame. Resize the ive and place
as a new layer to the left side, use your deformation
tool to rotate. Dropshadow. Resize and paste
the heart neclace as a new layer over the ivy.
Now resize and paste the brad/staple so
it holds them on. :) Dropshadow. Resize the
curly ribbon and paste as a new layer at the
bottom. Resize a few flowers, place to your
liking on the ribbon. Resize some of the greenery,
leaves, stems etc. Place then under the ribbon
and rotate a little to the right. Resize the tag
and place as a new layer at the top right of
your frame. Again use your deformation tool
to rotate a little. Dropshadow. I also added a
few flowers uder the frame and paper layer.
Dropshadow. Resize the glitter doodle and paste
as a new layer to your liking just above the
masked layer. Now resize the notebook paper
and paste it inside the frame. Erase any bits
hanging over. Dropshadow. Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..

Ya Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection. Select none. Apply mask,
and on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize a frame and paste it as a new layer.
Using your freehand selection tool, trace around
the opening of the frame. Paste another paper
of choice as a new layer and then selections>invert>delete.
Select none. Drag paper layer under frame.
Paste the moomchild glitter at the bottom left
of the frame. Dropshadow. Now paste the tag
as a new layer, see above for placement. Dropshadow.
Here comes the fun part. Resize some flowers and
any other elements of choice and place as new layers
all around your frame. Get creative! Dropshadow those.
Add words to your tag if you want. Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the tube
and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase any parts
you wish. See mine above or make it your own! As
always mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position
all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Ok, let's do it.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Grab your
floodfill tool and make it a color from the kit
or your tube. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group. Resize the
wood frame and paste it as a new layer. Using
your magic wand. Click inside the frame, Then
selections>modify>expand 10 and resize the
journal tag & paste as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete. Drag that layer
under frame. I colorized mine. Dropshadow frame.
Now resize and paste some of the flowers & leaves
as new layers on each side of the frame at
the top and on the sides. Dropshadow. Use
your Image>mirror, and your deformation tool
to place them how you want. Resize the pink
ribbon and paste as a new layer towards the
bottom. Dropshadow. Resize the butterfly, paste
as a new layer & rotate a little. Dropshadow. Now
simply add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own! As always
mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom layer
and your mask layer. Merge visable the remaining
layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers
nicely. Image Resize 80-90%

OK, get comfy!
You will work a little.
LOL


Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize & Copy and
paste a paper from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask of choice, and
on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the round Play patch, paste as a
new layer. Dropshadow. Now using your ellipse
tool, set width to 25. Resize a apaer from
the kit and minimize. Set it to a pattern in
your color pallette forground area. Background null.
Meaning X it out. Hold down the shift key,
and draw a circle, which will be like a round frame.
Convert to raster layer. Grab your magic wand
and click inside the circle you just made.
Selections>modify>expand5. Add a new raster layer,
and floodfill with your paint can black. You will
have to change your color in your color pallette first. :)
Select none, and drag that layer under the
circle we made. Dropshadow the frame. I added
some effects>texture>weave to this black layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color
white, fill gaps checked. OK, now...resize the
three flowers, and paste them as new layers
along the bottom of your tag, dropshadow.
Resize and add all of the buttons. Making them
all different sizes. Place to your liking, see above.
Dropshadow. Resize and paste the clip as a new
layer, using your deformation tool to rotate it a
little to the right. Dropshadow. Resize the blocks
and paste where they look good as new layers.
Dropshadow. I also added the bow at the bottom
under the flower layers. Dropshadow. Resize the
wordart, and place to your liking. Now simply paste
your tube of choice, put her where she looks best
and dropshadow. Whew! I think that's it!

mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position
all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new

Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.

Select none. Apply a mask of choice, and on
your layers pallette merge mask group. Resize
the frame and paste it as a new layer. Using
your selection tool set to rectangle, trace around
the frame. Paste another paper of choice and
then selections>invert>delete. Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame. I resized & added
a different ribbon on top of the frame. It's up to
you. Dropshadow frame. Now resize and add the
label to the top of your frame, dropshadow.
Resize and add the Bitch string to the left, dropshadow.
Add the ribbons and make one smaller than
the other to the right top corner. Dropshadow.
Drag under the label layer. Resize the clip, paste
as a new layer & and rotate it 90% to the right.
Dropshadow. Drag it under one of the ribbons.
Resize and paste the bitch button at the top right,
to hold your ribbons in place. lol Dropshadow.
Resize and paste the miss bitch black button
at the bottom of your frame. Dropshadow. Click
inside your frame and add your tube of choice.
Dropshadow. Place it where it looks best. Duplicate
the tube and bring the copy to the top layer. Erase
any parts you wish. See mine above or make it your
own! As always mine is just a guide. Now X out
the bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position
all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

under your flowers, but above the frame. Click on
your frame layer, and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place where it looks best. See mine above or make

X out the bottom layer and your mask layer. Merge
visable the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.

Now on to the next open area, repeat the same
step. Drag paper layers under the frame &
Dropshadow frame. Resize the flower, making
a few smaller than the first. Add to both sides
of the frame. Place to your liking. Dropshadow.
Resize the fly, and the buzz art. Place where
they look best. Dropshadow. Resize the
Bee Happy wordart, and place at the bottom
of your tag. Dropshadow. Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the
tube and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish. See mine above or
make it your own! As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.

Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize and paste a
paper from the kit as a new layer. Apply
the mask, and on your layers pallette merge
mask group. Select none. I repeated this
step and used two different papers.
Paste one of the round frames as a new
layer. Click inside using your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand8 . Paste another
paper of choice as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under the frame. Light
droshadow frame. Now paste A Hat at the top.
Dropshadow.
Paste some flowers of choice
all across the bottom part of your frame.
Place where you think they look best.
I duplicated and mirrored some. Dropshadow
those. Next paste the frame with the 4
openings ( see above ) as a new layer.
Holding down your shift key, grab your magic
wand again, and click inside all
open areas of that frame. Selections>modify>expand5.
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete. Drag the paper
layer under your frame. Use the same technique,
and add your tube face or body parts of
choice. Dropshadow tube and frame. Now
add your main tube as a new layer, and place
to your liking. Dropshadow. Resize and ad the
cute bunny, or whatever you wish. There is
plenty to work with.

it your own! As always mine is just a guide. Now
X out the bottom layer and your mask layer.
Merge visable the remaining layers. Un X the
hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image
Resize 80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer

Another Easy Peasy Tut! Ready?



Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize and add the
frame as a new layer. I made two tags
with this frame for this tut. For the second
one, all you do is go to image>flip. Using
your freehand selection tool, trace around
the string of the frame. Now go to layers>
and add a new raster layer. Grab your
floodfill tool, it looks like a paint can..
and chose a color in your color pallete, from
the frame or the tube you will use. I used black.
Floodfill that layer, and select none. Drag
under your frame layer. Now click on your
white background layer, and again add a new
raster layer. Floodfill this layer with another
color from your tag. Apply the mask, and
on your layers pallette merge mask group.
Add your tube of choice as a new layer, and
dropshadow. Place it where it looks best.
And That's it! See mine above or make it
your own! As always mine is just a guide.
Now X out the bottom layer and your mask
layer. Merge visable the remaining layers.
Un X the hidden layers. Position all layers nicely.
Image Resize 80-90% Bicubic
resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums.

Supplies:

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Love ROB.
Mask of choice.
Fabby Addon Called Pretty Birdie.

This won't take long at all!!
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize and paste a paper from the
kit as a new layer. Apply the mask, and on
your layers pallette merge mask group. Select none.
Resize and paste the frame as a new layer.
Use your freehand selection tool, and trace
around the frame. Paste a paper
of choice as a new layer. Selections>invert>delete.
Dropshadow frame. Now paste the tag as a
new layer. Dropshadow. Click inside your
frame and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Place it where it looks best. Duplicate the
tube and bring the copy to the top layer.
Erase any parts you wish. See mine above
or make it your own! As always mine is just
a guide. Now X out the bottom layer and
your mask layer. Merge visable the remaining
layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position all

Supplies:

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Lover's Quarrel ROB.
Mask of choice.
Fabby Addon Kit Fresh.

This will be easy!
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize and paste
a paper from the kit as a new layer. Apply the
mask, and on your layers pallette merge mask
group. Select none. Resize and paste a bracket
as a new layer. Grab your magic wand and
click inside the bracket. Selections>modify>expand8.
Now resize and add another paper.
Selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag it under the bracket. I added some
effects>texture>weave to this paper layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap color white,
fill gaps checked. Now resize the round frame
. Paste it as a new layer, and click
inside with your magic wand. And again...
Selections>modify>expand8.
Now resize and add another paper.
Selections>invert>delete on your keyboard.
Drag it under your frame layer. Now simply
resize some flowers and place to your liking.
Dropshadow. Click inside your round frame
and add your tube of choice. Dropshadow.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the
top layer. Erase any parts you wish.

mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers. Position

using your deformation tool. Erase any parts
hanging over, or simply just resizt it a bit
smaller if needed. Now click on your white
background layer, and add a new raster layer.
Floodfill this layer with a color from your tag.
Apply the mask, and on your layers pallette
merge mask group. And walla!! See mine
above or make it your own! As always mine
is just a guide. Now X out the bottom layer
and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize
80-90% Bicubic resample all layers checked.

OK, ya ready for this?
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all. Resize & Copy
and paste a paper from the kit into selection.
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group. Resize the
notebook paper and paste as a new layer.
I used my deformation tool to rotate it a
little to the left. Dropshadow. Now go to the
Date Wheel. Resize the large circle and paste
as a new layer, grey, red then white.
Continue on with all the layers for the wheel,
the months, year, and dates, etc. Be sure
to resize them all the exact same size! Dropshadow.
Use your deformation tool once again, on the
dates and the year, to line them up. I made
it to be today's date. Then resize the marker
and rotate it into place. You may want to
sharpen a little after rotating. :) Resize
the news leaf and the flower, placing them
to the top right, add a bow and the stud.
Dropshadow. I also added the clip.
Now add your tube of choice and dropshadow!

mine is just a guide. Now X out the bottom
layer and your mask layer. Merge visable the
remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
