A image of choice & Font of choice.
I used Romance Fatal Serif
Brush or Wordart & Mask of choice.

OK..Ready?
This will be super Easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Floodfill with a color from your tube or the frame.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame.
Add your tube image of choice as a new layer.
Drag her under the frame.
Earse any bits needed.
Add some brush or wordart of choice.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide.
Hint: X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
