Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used a Peas Scrapbooking font.
Mask of choice.

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize and add the frame.
Grab your magic wand, click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 8. Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add the ribbon.
Resize and add the twiggs as a new layer.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Place them to the right.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add the frozen pine branch.
Image>mirror.
Now simply resize and add the
ribbons, and a few ornaments.
Rotate to your linking.
Play around with them.
See mine above as example.
Add your tube of choice just under the ribbon layer.
Erase any bits needed hanging over.
Dropshadow tube.
Add your wordart.
I colorized mine to match.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.
Hint: X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
