Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Al Charisma
Fancy Mask of choice.
A few flowers of choice to match.

OK..Ready?
This will be super Easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a fancy mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize and add one of the clocks.
Keep it big.
Paste your tube of choice as a new layer.
Carefully erase any bits needed.
Dropshadow tube.
Woo-Hoo! Told ya it was easy! :)
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

As always mine is just a guide.

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
