Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize and add the glitter element 8.
Resize and add the heart. Dropshadow.
Now using a closeup tube. Paste as a new layer
above the heart. Lower the opacity in your layers pallette.
Erase any bits hanging over if needed.
Resize and add the wordart as a new layer.
I added some white gradient glow. Dropshadow.
Resize and add the buttons, staples, bows and ribbons.
All as new layers and place them to your liking.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Dropshadow all as you go along.
Add your main tube as a new layer
and place her where she looks best.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
