This will be easy.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add another new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Floodfill with a color from your tube or the frame.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the frame.
Carefully using your freehand selection tool,
Trace around the opening of the frame.
Add another raster layer and floodfill
with another color from the frame or tube.
Select none and drag this layer under the frame.
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place her where she looks best. Drag her under the frame.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top layer.
Earse any bits needed. Dropshadow bottom layer tube..
I added some brush stars.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely.
X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
