Thank You!

This will be easy.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a round mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 10
Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Resize the elements of choice and the flowers
adding them as new layers, and place them to
your liking all around the bottom and side of the frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Duplicate and resize the flower a few times.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Place your tube of choice just under a few of the flower layers.
Dropshadow and erase any bits needed.
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
