I'm Back with another tut!
Happy Thanksgiving to all my

I am using the beautuful artwork of Carlos Cartagena.
You must purchase a license to use this art.

A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used 2Peas SackOPotatoes
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 600x600, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Floodfill with a color from your tube or the kit.
Select none. Apply a round mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add the doodles as a new layer.
Duplicate and place them to your liking.
I added 3. Rotate them around a little.
Now resize and add the frame.
Grab your selection tool set to rectangle.
Trace around frame. Next resize the note paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame. we go...
Simply resize the ribbons, bows, the cute elements
and add them all as new layers. Dropshadow
as you go. Place them all around your frame.
Resize and add the bow, tag & staple at the top.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Play around with it. :)
Next add your tube of choice inside
the frame, under the frame layer.
Erase any bits needed and dropshadow.
Woo-HooZers! ♥ U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
