Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Pea Shelley Belley
Mask of choice.

Ok Ready?!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and add as a new layer.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Next resize the frame 11 and add as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 5
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now the fun part as always!
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize the leaves and rotate to your liking and
add them as new layers on the left of the frame.
Resize the flowers and a bow and add them
as new layers on the right side and bottom of the frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Image>mirror if you have to.
Play around with them. :)
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Dropshadow.
Place her where you like it
and drag it under a few layers.
Erase any bits hanging over the bottom.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
