Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used A&S Snapper Script.
Mask of choice
. I used a round one.

Ok, Ready?
This will be easy peasy! :)

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a round mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add the glitter as a new layer
and duplicate and mirror.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 6
Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Resize and add the sihouette inside as a new layer.
Make sure it is under the frame layer.
Next simply resize the remaining elements.
Place them all as new layers at the bottom of the frame.
Arrange all to your liking or see mine above for placement.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under a few
of the element layers. Place where she looks best.
Dropshadow tube.
Add the bubbles on top.
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
