1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
Mask of choice.

Ok, Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add the round stiches.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Using your freehand selection tool, trace around the frame.
Next resize a paper from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Resize and add the brown string at the top of the frame.
Resize and add the pink ribbon.
Resize and add the flowers at the bottom.
I made one a little smaller.
Resize and add the white heart.
Place all to your liking.
Resize and add the closepin on the right.
Arrange all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice.
If using a stand up tube, place her under a few
of the flower & heart layers. Place where she looks best.
Dropshadow tube.
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
