Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Al Charisma
Mask of choice.

OK..Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize the paper from the kit and add as a new layer.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Resize element 67 and paste as a new layer.
Dropshadow. & Flip around to your liking.
Next resize the element 37 and add as a new layer.
Next resize element 13 and do the same. Dropshadow.
Next simply resize and add the remaining elements as
new layers and place them to your liking or see mine above.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Add your tube of choice inside the frame area.
Delete any bits needed. Dropshadow.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
