1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Passions Conflict ROB.
Mask of choice.

OK.... Get Comfy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and add as a new layer.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Next resize the element 51 and add as a new layer.
Next resize element 50 and do the same. Dropshadow.
Next resize the round frame29 and add as a new layer.
Now resize and add frame 27.
Hold down the shift key and..
Click inside the frames with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Now the fun part!! Woot!
Resize some leaves, flowers and any other
elements of choice. There is plenty to work with.
Add as new layers all round your frame.
I placed some under the frame and paper layers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Image>mirror if you have to.
Play around with them. :)
Dropshadow all as you go along.
Once you have everything in place, click inside
your frame and add your tube of choice.
Erase any bits hanging outside the frame.
Dropshadow tube.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
