1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Quigley ROB.

In My Perfect World From:
Scroll down a little.
OK.... Get Comfy!
Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize and add the element 9 a few times.
Place to your liking.
Resize and add element 21 a few times.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add element 6.
Resize and add element 8.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame.
This kit is amazing and so many things to work with!
Sooooo...you know what that means!
Resize some flowers & bows and any other
elements of choice and place them
all as new layers all around your frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate them.
Arrange all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under a few
of the flower layers. Place where she looks best.
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
That's It! U R Done!

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
