Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize the black paper from
the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
I used a heart shaped mask.
I added some effects>texture>weave to this layer.
Settings are 2,10,1 Weave and gap
color white, fill gaps checked.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Dropshadow as you go.
Next resize the element 18 and add as a new layer.
Next resize element 15 add as a new layer.
Now resize and add elements 22 & 23.
One on each side.
Flip them around to your liking.
Add element 2, rotate a little.
Resize and add element 29. Image>mirror..
Next resize the ribbon frame4 and add as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Now the fun part!! Woot!
Get creative and add some leaves, flowers, &
elements of choice all around your frame.
All as new layers and dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Image>mirror if you have to.
Play around with them. :)
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place her where she looks best
and drag it under the leaves layers.
Erase any bits needed. Dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
