Supplies:
A tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used P22 Corinthia
Mask of choice. I used a heart shaped one.

OK..Let's Do it!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add element 8.
Duplicare and >mirror>flip.
Resize and add the frame as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand 6
Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Resize the flowers/leaves and place them
all as new layers around the bottom of your frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate them if needed.
Arrange all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under a few
of the leaves & flower layers.
Place where she looks best.
Dropshadow tube.
Add the ribbon on top.
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
