Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and paste into selection.
Select none. Apply a round mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add element 9 as a new layer.
Rotate and Move it to the bottom.
Duplicate in your layers pallette
and move the copy to the top.
Resize and add the cluster frame as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections>modify>expand10
Or you can trace around it
with your freehand selection tool.
Next resize a paper
from the kit and add it as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Now the fun part!! Woot!
Get creative and add the flowers
& vines all around your frame.
All as new layers and dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Duplicate, Image>mirror if you have to.
Play around with them. :)
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place her where you like it and dropshadow.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
