I am using the beautuful artwork of Ismael Rac
You must purchase a license to use this art.

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Futurist Fixed Width
Mask of choice.

Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the element 18 and paste as a new layer.
Next resize the frame and add as a new layer.
Grab your selection tool set to rectangle.
Trace around the frame.
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Then do the same with the wordart layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layers under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now simply resize some leaves and flowers
and place around the frame to your liking.
All as new layers and dropshadow as you go.
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place her where you like it and drag it under the frame layer.
Erase any bits hanging over the bottom.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase all parts needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube layer.
Resize and add the wordart if you like.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
