2 face tubes of choice & Font of choice.
I used Futurist Fixed Width
Mask of choice.

Be sure to get all the links.
2 Elements and 1 paper zip.
Thank You Ellay!

This will be easy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the flower bunch and paste as a new layer.
Image>flip. Move it to the top of your canvas.
Next resize the double frame and add as a new layer.
Hold down your shift key and
Click inside the frames with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 3
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now add your closeup tubes of choice inside each frame.
Erase any bits hanging over.
Dropshadow tubes.
Now the fun part! hehe. Get creative peeps!
Just resize and add some flowers &
the elements and place them all to your liking.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Use your deformation tool to roate them.
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
