Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used P22 ZannerOne.
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

OK...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize a frame and add as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 5. Resize &
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Add some bows as new layers.
Dropshadow as you go along.
Resize and add some flowers.
Resize and add the peas pod & peas.
Resize and add the tag.
Rotate if needed & add all as new layers.
Use your deformation toll to rotate the tag a little.
Resize and add the sweet pea bead..
Rotate and tuck under your frame layer.
Place all to your liking..
Now add your tube inside the
frame and dropshadow.
Erase any parts needed.
Resize and add the wordart.
I erased the MY part off. lol
Thats it! U R Done! :)

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 80-90%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
