1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used The NautiGal

OK...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize your scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize & Add element 36 as a new layer.
Next resize the yellow frame and add as a new layer.
Click inside with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 2. Resize &
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow everything as you go.
Resize and add the element 88.
Resize the yellow bow and add as a new layer.
Duplicate and place one on each side.
Add the yellow ribbon as a new layer.
Next..add the leaves and any flowers
of your choice at the bottom.
Arrange to your liking.
Now simply add your tube just under the flower layers.
Place her where she looks best and dropshadow.
Earse any bits hanging out at the bottom.
Thats it! U R Done! :)

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!

Great Tuts Beaches. I love doing them. I do have one question though. What is the reason that we should always resize with smart size? What are the differences in the sizing formats? Okay so that was 2 questions LOL.
