Supplies:

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used LoversQuarrelROB & A&S SnapperScript
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 208.

Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add element 40 as a new layer.
Next resize the frame56 and add as a new layer.
Then resize and add element59 inside.
Back to the first heart...
Click inside frame56 with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 6. Resize &
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frames.
Dropshadow frame.
Next simply resize and paste as new
layers the leaves and some flowers.
Place them to your liking.
Use your freehand selection tool to rotate.
Duplicate>image>mirror as needed.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize a tag and add it to the top left.
Resize and add a few butterflies.
Now simply add your tube of
choice just under the flower layers.
Dropshadow. Erase any at the bottom if needed.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
