Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Adios Script Pro
Mask of choice.

OK...Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize the frame and add as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 6
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
resize and add the ribbon at the bottom.
Dropshadow all as you go along.
Add all as new layers.
Resize the envelope and pin.
Place them at the bottom right.
Resize the white rose. Place to your liking.
Resize and add the flower 2.
Duplicate that and resize a little smaller.
Resize and add a few brads.
I also added a word brush to my envelope.
And added a few flowers under
the frame and paper layer.
It's up to you.
Now simply add your tube as a new layer.
Dropshadow.
Arrange all how it looks best.
that's It! You are done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
