Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Curlz MT
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

OK....Ready?!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize the white frame and add as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 6
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add the bling heart.
Next find and resize the element 10.
Paste as a new layer.
Do the same thing as before using another paper.
Dropshadow frame.
Now the fun part as always! :)
Get creative and add some leaves,
flowers, heart, butterfly and the bow.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Place all to your liking.
Now simply add your tube of
choice just under the flower layers.
Dropshadow.
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
