1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Love ROB
Mask of choice or the one I used,
Weescotslass mask 208.

OK. Ready?

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and add element 12 as a new layer.
Place it at the bottom and dulpicate>image>flip>mirror
Next resize the frame26 and add as a new layer.
Click inside frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 8. Resize &
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frames.
Dropshadow frame.
Now resize and add element 7 as a new layer.
Arrange them all nicely. :)
Now the fun part!
Get creative with this!
Resize some leaves, flowers, bows, and any other
elements of choice and add them all as new layers,
dropshadowing all as you go along.
Just fill in all around your frame.
I added a little of everything! lol
Use your deformation tool to rotate and mirror if needed.
Play around with it! This kit is amazing!
Place all elements where they look best.
Next simply add your tube & dropshadow.
Thats it! U R Done! :)

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
