Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize the frame34 and add as a new layer.
Arrange your frame and mask layer
where you want them to be.
Because since this frame is clear, we are going
to erase the mask showing through the frame.
Carefully erase the mask that you can see thru the frame.
Or if you like it showing through, leave it be. :)
Next....Click inside frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 2
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Resize and add the element 22 as a new layer.
Just so it fits over the opening of the frame.
Dropshadow.
Now resize and add some leaves and flowers of choice.
Use your deformation tool to rotate
if needed and dropshadow as you go.
Resize and add the bow and ribbon.
And any other elements of choice.
Arrange all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under
the frame layer. Place where she looks best.
Dropshadow tube.
Now duplicate the tube and bring the copy
to the top and erase any parts needed on both tubes..
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
