Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer.
Selections, select all.
Resize a paper from the kit and add as a new layer.
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Next resize the frame3 and add as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with your magic wand.
Selections>modify>expand 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
Now the fun part as always!
Get Creative & Festive! lol
Now simply resize some stars,
buttons, ribbons and flowers
and place around the frame to your liking.
All as new layers and dropshadow as you go.
Use your deformation tool to rotate.
Play around with them. :)
Add your tube of choice as a new layer.
Place her where you like it and
drag it under the frame layer.
Erase any bits hanging over the bottom.
Duplicate the tube and bring the copy to the top.
Erase all parts needed.
Dropshadow bottom tube layer.
That's It!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
