Supplies:
1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Contemporary
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

OK....Ready?!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize your scraps smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize the swirl and place to the top right.
Dropshadow all as you go along.
Duplicate and mirror, duplicate flip, duplicate, mirror.
Next resize the brad and add as a new layer.
Resize and add the note card as a new layer.
Use your deformation tool to rotate a little.
Resize the rose, place it to the left.
Resize and add some beads.
Next resize and add the ribbon.
Carefully erase the parts hanging over.
Next resize and add the ribbon.
Now Resize and add the bow.
Add the bling heart and another smaller brad.
Add the Love wordart, and rotate a little.
Place all elements where they look best.
Next simply add your tube & dropshadow.
Thats it! U R Done! :)

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
