Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white.
Next resize and add the elements 53 & 54.
I added 3 of them.
Lining them up all the way down the canvas.
2 orange, 1 black. As a backdrop so to speak. lol
Next resize and add element 38 & 39.
Resize and add element 19.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now the fun part! hehe. Get creative peeps!
Just resize and add some leaves, flowers & ribbons,
the elements of choice and place them all to your liking.
Use your deformation tool to roate them.
Arrange all to your liking.
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under
the leaf frame layer. Place where she looks best.
Dropshadow tube.
Now duplicate the tube and bring the copy
to the top and erase any parts needed on both tubes..
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
