1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Futurist Fixed Width
Mask of choice.

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Next resize the lace frame and add as a new layer.
Now resize and add frame2.
Click inside frame with your magic wand.
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Resize and add the heart leaf 3 as a new layer.
Now simply resize and add some flowers and
leaves as new layers and place to your liking.
Dropshadow as you go along.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Add any other elements of choice.
Have fun with it!
Once you have everything in place..
Simply add your tube of choice under
the heart leaf layer.
Place where she looks best.
Now duplicate the tube and bring the copy
to the top and erase any parts needed on both tubes..
Look Good? Woo-Hoo!

As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.
Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
