Supplies:
1 sitting tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used Corinthia
Mask of choice. I used a round one.

OK...Let's do this!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the frame1 and paste as a new layer.
Using your selection tool set to rectangle,
Trace around the frame.
Resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Merge these two layers together.
Use your deformation tool and rotate to the left a little.
OK, now resize and addd the flower5
Dropshadow all as you go.
Now resize the frame2 and paste as a new layer.
Using your selection tool set to rectangle,
Trace around the frame.
Resize and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Selections>invert>delete.
Drag paper under frame. Dropshadow frame.
Merge these two layers together.
Use your deformation tool and rotate to the right a little.
Now simply resize and add the
ribbons, leaves and flowers & bows.
Add them all as new layers.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Use mine above as a guide or place to your liking.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
