Thank You Again Joyce!

Ok Let's Do It!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using smartsize!
Select none. Apply a mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Resize and minimize in PSP
3 different papers from the kit.
Now, using your Elipse tool set width to 16.
In your materials pallette,
set your forground to white or black..
And background pattern to one of the papers.
Angle 0 Scale 100
One at a time...Changing the paper for each circle,
Hold down the shift key and draw out 3 different size circles.
Change to raster layers.
One of mine I used black, no paper.
Dropshadow them as you go.
Arrange to your liking.
Now simply resize the bow, add it to the top right.
Resize and add some other elements of choice all around.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Add your tube of choice and dropshadow.
Drag it under a few of the elements.
Erase any bits needed.
Have fun with it! :)
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial & thanks for trying it!
Until next time!
