You must purchase a license to use this art.

1 tube of choice & Font of choice.
I used The Alpha in the kit.
Mask of choice.

OK.... Get Comfy!

Open your supplies in PSP. Open a new
canvas 700x700, you may resize/crop later.
Floodfill white. Add a new raster layer. Selections,
select all. Resize & Copy and paste a paper
from the kit into selection.
Always resize scraps using Smartsize!
Select none. Apply the mask, and on your
layers pallette merge mask group.
Now resize the element 38 and paste as a new layer.
Dropshadow. Move to the top left.
Next open & resize the frames.
They are all on a single layer so....
Grab your selection tool set to rectangle.
Trace around a frame you want to use.
Copy it and paste as a new layer on your canvas.
Now again...
Grab your selection tool set to rectangle.
Trace around the frame you just pasted.
Paste another paper of choice as a new layer.
Select none.
Drag paper layer under frame.
Dropshadow frame.
OK, ya with me so far?
Resize and add element 36
to the top of your frame.
Resize and add the birdhouse as a new layer.
Dropshadow all as you go.
Resize and add some flowers and any other
elements of choice around your frame.
Use your deformation tool to rotate if needed.
Add your tube of choice just under the elements.
Dropshadow tube.
That's It! U R Done!
See mine above or make it your own!
As always mine is just a guide. Now X out the
bottom layer and your mask layers. Merge visable
the remaining layers. Un X the hidden layers.
Position all layers nicely. Image Resize 87%
Bicubic resample all layers checked.

Hint: You can X out the bottom white layer
before saving to have a transparent bkg for forums..
Save as PNG.
Add your Artist © and your Name and
WooT!! You Are Done!
